Our solutions
Menard has developed ground improvement techniques which are well suited to these types of projects, causing little disruption (waste, noise, vibrations, etc.) and can be quickly delivered. These solutions are readily deployed to create safe and cost-effective shallow foundations and ground bearing floor slabs for these structures.
This approach helps to simplify and accelerate construction, reduces the cost of the structure compared to conventional solutions using deep foundations, and also decreases the CO2 footprint of the development: in pure “Less is More Menard” style!!
