Our CMC Site Demonstration in London

A big thank you to everyone who came along to our demonstration of our Controlled Modulus Column (CMC) ground improvement technique last week at NCGM New Covent Garden Market, London. Plus a big thanks to our client VINCI Building UK for allowing us to host this.

Those who attended were treated to a live demonstration of CMCs being installed using our bespoke, fully-instrumented rigs, operated by our highly skilled crew. Seeing the precision, efficiency, and coordination of our team first hand really brings the methodology to life and highlights the practical benefits of CMCs in delivering a robust and reliable ground improvement solution.

Following the site visit, we continued discussions at the art’otel London Battersea Power Station, where customers were treated to insightful and informative presentations. James McNeill and Collin Spence from Menard UK, along with Francis Trinkler from Sixense Group,  shared their expertise and technical insights, with real-world case studies. The session provided a deeper understanding of the design principles, performance advantages, and monitoring techniques that underpin successful ground improvement schemes.

The combination of both the live demonstration and the technical presentation clearly showcased the breadth of Menard’s capabilities. From practical delivery on site to innovation in engineering solutions, it’s easy to see why we have earned the reputation as being one of the leading ground improvement specialists globally.
